If your child is between 4 & 17 months, they are ready to learn the lifelong skills for independent sleep, and this is where you should start. Not only do you receive a customized sleep training plan for your child, I will hold your hand every step of the way to encourage and support you, as well as help you troubleshoot the tough spots!

This package includes:

  • An initial sleep evaluation that lets  me learn all about your child's sleep habits.
  • A private, 60-90 minute phone consultation – we will discuss strategies for implementing a healthy sleep plan for your little one, including sleep expectations, tips for things like teaching your baby the difference between day and night, and encouraging independent sleep.
  • A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting. You will receive a step-by-step sleep training plan for your infant with goals you can work towards that will teach your infant to fall asleep without “sleep props”, how to handle naps, and bedtime routines.
  • A 60 minute phone consultation to review the sleep plan, any questions the parents have and to discuss strategies for a successful implementation.
  • Four follow-up phone calls during the first month following the consultation. These calls will last 15 minutes and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.
  • Four weeks of follow up emails to ensure you are successful with the implementation of your sleep plan. This begins the morning you start your sleep plan.
  • Text Support, because we know that change is hard and I want to right there with you helping you through the process. Texting is from 8AM to 9PM and I respond within a ‘reasonable’ time. (Meaning my phone isn’t attached to me but I check it often). 
  • New parent tips on feedings, soothing a fussy baby, and the best baby/parent products.
  • Sleep log template specific to your plan and goals. You will complete this daily and includes detailed analysis of progress made. This helps to insure we are focusing on measurable progress and results!
  • Sleep Survival Kit including tip sheets on sleep during travel, daylight savings time, illness, and nap transitions.
