Prenatal and Newborn Programs

For Little Ones Less than 12 Weeks Old 

When you work with us before your baby arrives, you will receive an entire education around building healthy sleep habits from the start, you will understand the eating needs of your little one and how to ensure they are growing every day in size and personality! Plus, we help you build your confidence in parenting so that as a family, you can be at your best to provide the love, nurture and support your newborn needs and build a great sleeper for life!

A one-hour private consultation, where we will review what to expect during your newborn’s first weeks of life and how you can best prepare before you bring them home from the hospital.

Our unique Slumber Made Simple™ Program Guide for navigating newborns. This program walks you through how to structure your day, gives you access to sample schedules by age group, shows you how to align your days and night’s, provides a dressing guide for your newborn, gives you recommendations on safe sleep practices and also direction on minimizing bad sleep habits early on.

A digital sleep tracker, so you can understand your newborn’s unique sleep needs, ideal awake window and track their feedings.  Let’s face it, there is quite a lot going on those first few weeks and with a lack of sleep, it can make you quite forgetful so a tracker can eliminate that guesswork for you.

Two scheduled check-in calls, to use when you need them so that you have plenty of time to get your questions answered as you start to adjust to parenting those first 3 months of life.

Program Overview

There is nothing quite as scary as the moment you leave the hospital with your baby in tow and you are thinking……..Now What? As a Sleep Specialist, Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Counselor, I am uniquely skilled to support your journey to building an amazing sleeper from birth, but also take the worry and confusion out of lactation, alignment of days and nights, self-care and the hundreds of questions you will have in a day. 

16 Weeks of personalized, private coaching in a high-touch, 1-1 capacity.

A virtual nursery assessment, to ensure the room is laid out properly, promotes safe sleep and creates the most conducive environment for a sleep sanctuary.

A one-hour private consultation, where we will review what to expect during your newborn’s first weeks of life and how you can best prepare for their arrival.

Weekly action plans, since no two babies are the same, and with a newborn, no two weeks are the same. We’ll chat every week, to celebrate successes, update our plan of action and of course, make sure your little one is set up for long-term sleep, success.

Weekly check-in calls, so we can check on your progress and address any questions or concerns you may have as you start to adjust to parenting.

Email  Access – You will have access to me via email as well, so you can be completed supported when a question comes up or you are uncertain about something.

Foundations for Sleep Success Close-out Call. This time we will spend discussing the next big transitions, the timing changes you can expect and how to continue with the amazing progress we have made during our time together.
