If your child is 2 years and older, the typical sleep challenges are very different from that of an infant — and typically a little more complicated. Not only have they been developing their sleep habits much longer, now they are testing boundaries, having more freedom if they are in a big kid bed, dropping their last nap, and possibly dealing with common fears such as the fear of the dark.

But it is not too late to help your toddler or preschooler learn new independent sleep habits. So let’s get started! 

This package includes:

  • An initial sleep evaluation that lets  me learn all about your child's sleep habits. This is a private phone consultation – it will give you a chance to explain what is happening throughout the day and overnight plus give you the opportunity to learn more about me!​
  • A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that I will prepare for you after the conclusion of our meeting. You will receive a step-by-step sleep training plan for your infant with goals you can work towards that will teach your infant to fall asleep without “sleep props”, how to handle naps, and bedtime routines.
  • A private, 60 minute phone consultation – we will review the sleep plan that I have designed for you and answer any questions you have prior to starting, to ensure everyone is ready to get started on their journey to sleep. 
  • Four follow-up phone calls during the first month following the consultation. These calls will last 15 minutes and we’ll use this time to deal with any setbacks you might be having or answer any general questions.
  • Four weeks of follow up emails to ensure you are successful with the implementation of your sleep plan. This begins the morning you start your sleep plan.
  • Text Support, because we know that change is hard and I want to right there with you helping you through the process. Texting is from 8AM to 9PM and I respond within a ‘reasonable’ time. (Meaning my phone isn’t attached to me but I check it often). 
    • This is a true DIFFERENTIATOR between me and other toddler sleep consultants!
  • Sleep Survival Kit including tip sheets on sleep during travel, daylight savings time, illness, and nap transitions.
  • A Toddler Parent Resource Guide containing reward charts, potty training tools and tricks, establishing chores and more!
