Older Toddler & School-Aged Sleep Programs
For Little Ones from 5 Years through 12 Years Old
A preliminary sleep evaluation to understand the unique challenges you are facing with your little one and allows us to create specific goals we will achieve during our time together.
A “Get To Know You” Questionnaire,” which tells us more about your little one’s growing personality and the unique sleep struggles you are facing in your home. This helps us to best create a sleep program that is tailored to the diverse needs of your family.
A customized sleep program, built to address daytime, bedtime and overnights, for a complete, gentle and well-rounded approach to sleep. In addition, we provide you with education around your little ones needs, key barriers to sleep for their age and how to progress forward for years to come with an amazing sleeper. The customized program is a clear plan of action and education….not some cookie-cutter 5 page plan or “template” solution. We are different here, and service YOUR unique family struggles.
A private, 60-minute consultation, either in-home or virtually, and we will review the entire program in detail. You will be prepared and confident in the sleep changes you will be making in your home and have all of your questions answered.
3 weeks of 1-on-1 Private Coaching, plus regularly scheduled check-in calls, to ensure continued progress and because let’s be honest, some things are just easier to speak about over the phone. We don’t hide just behind email, like some Sleep Consultants, we are here to support you during a vulnerable time in your life.
